A good quality two handled silver tray of oval form. The edges with gadroon and bead decoration. The central plate engraved with bright cut foliate and floral arabesques surrounding a vacant oval cartouche.  The reeded handles with bead and feather decoration. The whole standing on four cast shell form splay feet.
 
Marked to the underside for London 1886 by Charles Boyton.
 
 This is a very attractive tray in superb original condition with no damage or repair. No erasure to the centre. Clear hallmarks and fine definition to all the decoration. Stands true on a flat surface. Good colour and patina.
