Shipping & Returns


 

We offer free expedited worldwide shipping on all purchases.

 

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

All goods will be carefully and professionally packed to reach you safely. 

Items will be dispatched within 3 working days. We are, however, always delighted to arrange a service to suit your needs, so please do contact us to discuss any specific shipping requirements you may have prior to making your purchase, such as gift boxing, or the timescale of delivery.

You will be sent tracking information as soon as the item has been shipped.

UK Shipping

  • Item sent to the UK will be shipped free of charge.
  • UK shipping will be sent by a tracked and expedited next day delivery service.

International Shipping

  • All international purchases will be shipped free of charge.
  • International shipments will be sent by a fully tracked and expedited service, with a 3-5 day estimated delivery time.
  • Please be aware that any import duty and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

Estimated Delivery time after dispatch may very depending on your location.

UK: approximately 1-2 working days

International: Approximately 3-7 working days

Please note that although we endeavour to use the fastest, reliable and most secure method of shipping, the delivery time is an estimate and not a guarantee. If you require a guaranteed delivery time please contact us, and we can arrange a service to suit, though this may incur a further cost.

Once dispatched we will monitor the transit progress, and will be available to assist should any issues in transit arise.

 

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of having received it. Please contact us at info@forrestandfraser.com to arrange the return, and we will provide you with the return shipping address. 

We are however always looking to ensure we can best serve our clients, so please do contact us to discuss any return requirements you may have prior to making your purchase, such as buying a gift for an occasion or celebration that would mean an extended returns period.

Please note that the return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and the item(s) must be received by us in the same condition that you received it. 

We ask that you return the item(s) in the original packaging, and request that a tracked secure shipping service is used, to best ensure that the item reaches us as quickly and securely as possible. Please understand that we cannot offer a guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and if the item being returned is of considerable value, third party insurance is recommended. 

If an item has been damaged in transit, please contact info@forrestandfraser.com immediately, to discuss further.

If a shipping fee had been charged for a specialised delivery service, you will not receive a refund for the shipping, only the purchase price of the item.

There are certain situations where you will not be eligible for a refund:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery, unless we have discussed this with you prior to your purchase, as we are always looking to ensure we can best meet your requirements. 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, unless arrangements have been made otherwise.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please be aware that there is often a processing time at banks and credit card companies before a refund is posted. Please contact us if you have any concerns at all info@forrestandfraser.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
