An Early Victorian Pair of Silver Plate Wine Coasters c 1840
A substantial pair of plated wine coasters of flared circular form with trellis work sides and applied rim of grapes and vines. The mahogany bases with central boss.
Each marked for Frederick Elkington and a pattern number and a mark for approx 1840.
A delightful pair of coasters with no damage or repair in excellent original condition. The wooden bases are in good order as are all the silver parts.
